JOHN WOO (Princeton university)

John is an incoming freshman at Princeton University who plans to major in Molecular Biology. With a strong interest in medicine, John plans to continue researching human diseases and genetic conditions that impact the population. After his undergraduate education, John wants to continue to nurture his academic passions at medical school and become a physician. In his free time, he likes to go on jogs, listen to music, and watch anime. He hopes to help guide students with interests in medicine and healthcare.

 
 
 
 

ASHLEY CHAN (USC)

Ashley is an undergraduate freshman at the University of Southern California. She is majoring in Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation at the Iovine and Young Academy. Through the Academy, Ashley hopes to intern at major companies such as Google, Beats,  and Spotify, as well as make meaningful connections with new people. In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, binge watching Friends, shopping, and taking photos of her friends and family.

 
 
 
 

SANdy Kang (University of Notre Dam)

Sandy is an undergraduate freshman attending University of Notre Dame. She plans on majoring in Psychology with an additional interest in Business Management. With a passion for music and psychological correlations in society, Sandy wishes to partake in research-based studies and continue her choral involvement in college. In her free time, Sandy enjoys to build models, solve puzzles, and listen to a variety of music. Additionally, she loves to spend time with friends and workout at the gym.

 
 
 
 

Mirue Kang (BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY)

Mirue is an undergraduate freshman attending Brandeis University. She plans on majoring in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies with a minor in Health: Science, Society, and Policy on a pre-med track. Having great passions about the intersections between art, disability, gender, and healthcare, Mirue wishes to contribute to research regarding effective and individualized medicine and biomedical technology. In her free time, Mirue enjoys to read and pursue creative hobbies, exploring different artistic mediums in visual arts and media. Cecilia Zhang (Bryn Mawr College)

Cecilia is currently an undergraduate student at Bryn Mawr College. She is planning to declare computer science major in her sophomore year. As a previous student at Admission AG, she attended competitions in various fields, scientific research projects, and app development projects. She understands the pressure and difficulty students may encounter during the college application period, and she is eager to help other students to overcome this period by sharing her experience. Cecilia often enjoys shooting a photo of Gothic buildings on campus or having an adventure in her newly-bought video game after finishing her paper or class readings.

 
 
 
 

Joshua chuang (UC Berkeley)

Joshua Chuang is an incoming freshman majoring in EECS at UC Berkeley. Though his field involves engineering and computer science, Josh also enjoys learning about architecture and climate change. He’s loves staying active, including sports like rock climbing and tennis. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime, building keyboards, and sleeping.

MICHELLE LIU (HARVard university)

Michelle is a current sophomore at Harvard University majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Studio Arts. Michelle is interested in anything art-related, web development/design, and data visualization. Outside of academics, she is part of The Crimson (the school news publication), Taekwondo Club, Studio Arts Society, and the Asian American Dance Troupe. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, sleeping, photography, skateboarding, and listening to rap, pop, and r&b. She can answer questions about choosing schools, writing personal essays for the application, college life, and the college application process in general. VERNA LI (cornell university)

Verna Li is a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Hotel Management with a minor in Architecture. As a transfer student, she is currently involved with Hanchum, Project Hope, as well as Cornell Fashion Industry. In her free time, Verna enjoys sketching, reading, and film-making. After graduation, she has aspirations of opening her own boutique hotel. Brandon chun (USC)

Brandon is a rising junior at USC studying environmental studies (B.S.) and business administration. Brandon is interested in Environmental consulting and conservancy. He is passionate about mentoring younger students. Thus, will help student with all kinds of things inside and outside of the classroom. Outside of academics, he part of The Trojan Golf Association. Daniel Kim (Northwestern university)

Daniel Kim is currently a 3rd year at Northwestern University majoring in English and Legal Studies, with the plan to also attend law school right after undergrad. I grew up in Cypress of Orange County and went to Oxford Academy for high school, which might be familiar to people living in the area. Other than academic stuff though, I'm a lot more interested in enjoying life however I can, so I have a lot of interests ranging from cooking to rock-climbing, reading to snowboarding, (and my hobbies change a lot depending on the season).

Daniel Kyong (Princeton universiety)

Daniel Kyong is a pre-medical undergraduate at Princeton University studying Neuroscience and Global Health & Health Policy. As a research assistant in computational chemistry and biomedical engineering, Daniel is working towards EMT certification to combat healthcare inequities throughout the greater-Princeton area. He looks to pursue a combined MD/PhD degree following his undergraduate education in the hopes of becoming a physician-scientist. At Princeton, Daniel is actively involved in pre-professional groups, chamber music, and clinical research. In his free time, you can find him exploring new cycling routes, teaching the violin, or discovering new types of cuisine.

Eugene Hwang (Northwestern university)

Eugene Hwang is currently a fourth-year at Northwestern University studying Voice/Opera Performance and Business. Eugene made his operatic debut in Vienna, Austria and made his Northwestern operatic debut just last year. Currently, he takes part in 3 music groups in Northwestern: The Renaissance Singers, University Chorale, and Alice Millar’s chapel choir. Eugene will be pursuing a graduate degree at the Royal College of Music in London starting in the fall. In his free time, he likes to watch anime, go to the karaoke, or play sports.

minwoo kwon (Washinton univeristy st.louis)

Hi! My name is Min Woo Kwon, but I also go by Min for short. I am currently a sophomore attending Washington University in St. Louis, where I am pursuing a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Global Health and Environment. I am on the pre-medical track, so I can answer questions for those who may be interested in applying for medical school. I can also discuss factors to consider when choosing a school and what to expect once you are there. Outside of academics, I do a good amount of volunteer work for the St. Louis community, I am part of our college club tennis team, and I really enjoy talking about music!

Thomas Kyong (University of pennsylvania)

Thomas Kyong (C’23) is a Sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a dual degree of criminology at the College of Arts & Sciences and statistics at the Wharton School. Passionate about applying quantitative data into the field of law, Thomas hopes to bring statistical academic research to influence criminal justice policy reform as a lawyer and politician. As a Stavros Niarchos Foundation Paideia Fellow, Thomas is an elected member of the Penn Undergraduate Assembly, an executive officer of the Penn Government & Politics Association, and involved in the Undergraduate Statistics Society. During his free time, he enjoys cooking intercultural recipes, laughing with friends, and running/biking up mountains.

TRistin Saito (Northwestern university)

Tristin Saito is currently a freshman at Northwestern University pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Viola Performance. He has a wide variety of topics to assist students with, including extracurricular activities, stress and anxiety relief in performance or presentations, high school and college life on and off campus, working a part-time job while in school, and much more. uvin ko (wellesley college)

Uvin Ko is currently a sophomore at Wellesley College on the pre-medical track double majoring in Neuroscience and Peace and Justice Studies. She has lots to talk about experiences at a historically all women's liberal arts college, switching majors and career tracks, college life on and off campus, internships, academics, and more. Rachel Park (USC)

Rachel Park is a rising junior at USC Marshall studying Business Administration and Applied Analytics. She has the privilege of interning at Oaktree, and she will be working at PwC as a management consultant after complete her academic career! She is currently involved in multiple pre-professional organizations and she can offer insight on topics regarding the business field. As a former Fine Arts major, she can answer questions about art and choosing and switching majors - a personal challenge she faced during college. Additionally, she can offer advice on choosing schools, college life, and the college application process in general. Outside of academics, she passionated passionate about volunteering, cooking, self-started initiatives, environmental awareness, and of course - art!
